Self Struggles

Sometimes I feel like I struggle with my thoughts and emotions. And when these times hit, it’s hard to stop and look deeper as to why I’m having these struggles. But if I take a moment and really delve into this, I realize the struggle is within myself. Then I can direct my attention to its source and start to put the pieces together in order to find a solution to whatever I’m struggling with.030613GlassesQuote(pp_w630_h420)

But, also, I must be ready and willing to look where I need to and feel emotions that may make me feel uncomfortable, and then I can choose to really open myself to understanding all the possibilities I can imagine.

When I’m willing to look at all those possibilities, I also become willing to accept that there is room for more than I can imagine. Being willing is to be in a state of willing something into creation. It’s allowing me to be while also choosing to direct my energy in a focused way. It’s being and doing from a place of openness, where I can work with the flow of energy instead of resisting it.

“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” ~C. G. Jung
